The issue has been resolved. Import Pipeline functionality has returned to normal.

We have reached out to a vendor for support and are working with them to restore full functionality. The only impacted feature is saving changes to Import Pipelines. Work can still be imported and produced normally, but attempting to make changes to Import Pipelines may fail.
